Default God's great gift to the S2K- and YOUR favorite stretch of road is?-

Ever find a road that just made your Stook sing? I had one of those experiences today on Mountain View Road, 27 miles connecting Manchester on the No. California coast to Booneville in the Anderson Valley. No Bicycles/hikers/traffic, few buildings, great curves/climbs/descents, all second/third/fourth gear. Turned right around and did it the other direction. I want a list of roads like this in my Palm Pilot so I can seek them out. What do YOU recommend?

P.S. Two things:
1) The full course is 2.52 miles.
2) Just visited the Sears Point website -- and it's not Sears Point anymore! It's "Infineon Raceway"!

By far, for me, the Dragon (Hwy 129) in Tennessee has to be the absolute best road I've ever driven! With 11 miles and 318 curves, it's a blast to drive! What a rollercoaster!

I'm with airgate on this one... The Dragon is one great driving road.

Rt 26 in eastern Ohio is nice also. Not the sharp turns like the Dragon, but higher speeds and when I ran it (3 times coming back to Cincinnati from Cleveland) there was almost no traffic on it!

I would nominate Rt. 191 in AZ, the Devils Highway. Ninty+ miles of twisties and switchbacks with a 100mph+ valley in the middle. No traffic and wonderful scenery, S2000 heaven. Truly an awsome drive. In California the road from Sequoia park south is wonderful. Lots of 10mph (in theory) switchbacks.
