Default Glass rear window

Can a glass rear window be installed in a 2000 or 2001 S2000?

How many people are going to ask this question? I've seen about 20 threads with the same subject line. I'm not trying to flame but please try the SEARCH function in the upper right of your screen.

You are indeed welcome. "S2k Dude's" reply was perhaps a bit terse and could have been worded better. I've been on this board for quite some time and sometimes when the same questions are asked over and over again, people get a bit "annoyed" but they should at least be able to introduce the "search" function in a more "friendly" way or just NOT respond at all.

It has been indicated that the glass window can be substituted but it is very expensive and would involve replacing the whole top. I recall only one case where someone actually did it but my memory is poor at best. Using "glass window" in the search field will most likely return you gobs of threads that may or may not answer your question more fully.

Don't let this post deter you from asking other questions. We were all newcomers at one time. It's just that some of us have forgotten this. It takes almost as much time to respond in a poor way than it does to respond in a more positive way. I wonder why some people even bother. They should just save themselves time and aggravation and simply move on.

ps. Can somebody tell me how to clear the from amber lenses or which CAI makes the power or which exhaust sounds the best or how much power a supercharger makes or can I get tires that are better in the rain or how come I get a 1-2 gear grind or ................................................ ??????

Next time I guess I should wait and reply until AFTER I've had my cup of coffee. Sorry nastinupe. We should start a list of FAQs.
