So I went on a late night run to the local Albertsons grocery store and there was a group of very drunk girls hanging out in the parking lot in front of the store. Nope, girls think the car is "cute" and is pretty much a chick's car....
In Socal everyone and thier mother has this car, its a joke.

Only two instances I can think of where the car has got me "somewhere" with a chic.
Bunch of mates were going for out one night. Had the BB S parked outside.
Couple of mates friends of friends had some decent women come. So after some pre-drinks before we left, we all go to leave.
This hot blondie walks up to my car and goes "I'm going in this..with however owns it". Nice drive to where we went. Roxstar car park. Looked like mad kunt! Thanks cute blonde.
Second time, in traffic at lights. Roof down. Two older women in a 3 series coupe. Wind the window down and ask which one I'd take.
I said I'd pull over and catch a lift with the two of them
I think most girls pretend they don't like. But they really do dig it, specially when the roofs down, and their friends are about

Girls have asked me for a ride when I'm in traffic with the top down in summer. That's about it.
My GF doesn't like riding long distances in the S because she can't recline the seat.

There aren't very many S2000s around here at all, and 99.99% of women will just react "what's that?" When I first got mine a couple girls at work told me it was cute and wanted a ride, but that was it. Unfortunately, it definitely draws alot more attention from guys than gals. The boldest "guy stalker" story I have is when a guy in a black Miata followed me when I stopped at a rest stop at I-75, as I went in to go do my business, I noticed him walking around my car. When I was done, he was still there examining it very closely. I talked for him for a bit. He really liked the car, and stopped just to check it out.
In my experience, girls are much more impressed by my ability/willingness to fix their POS cars than anything else.
If I could use the car as a tool to meet women, I would, but I don't think that's likely.
