Not many people do that. Alignment specs do take that into consideration. BUT that only applies to average weight people. So as a tech I had weights for heavier people's cars. Usually helped.

maybe test drive before to see if your wheel allignment was actually the problem. or maybe hes test driving it to make life easier for him to see what allignment of wheel needs to be done. sheesh your just over reacting.. until you see him ripping it or doing donuts then you should be worried.
The manager from the store actually called me and apologized for the horrible service. He also told me that he wasn't sure if the tech took my car for a joy ride or not. but he did say that he was confused why my car was the only one taken for a test drive. Also, I don't think I was over reacting. They lied to my face several times.

the thing was I told them I was short on time. I don't want to waste more time having some guy fool around in my car; whether he's doing donuts or not.

one of our locals had a tire shop joy ride his, and the guy tried to race a civic si. he lost control, and put it into a few other cars. he now drive a newer s, but wasn't compensated fairly in my book. they covered everything, but nothing extra.

They are only on the hook for replacement. You have to sue for anything more, like punitive damages. He's lucky he didn't have to sue in the first place. Oh, yea, there is no justice...

I had my top replaced under warranty a year ago...got my car and found 5 miles added to what i had when i dropped it off.

btw they were swarming around my car when i went to drop it off( I guess the S/C was the culprit)

Had my top replaced a few months ago. Walking up to the car, it looked great, once I got in, a lot of things seemed unfinished. The door sill wasnt clipped in all the way, same for the center console. Most of the seals around the top were not put back on right, so I had to straighten those out.

Those things werent that bad, but the one thing that bugs me the most, is that my 12v outlet seems to get no power. Have tried different chargers and none work. I'm just too fed up to even take it back to the dealer. They'll probably screw something else up while trying to fix that.

You could pick up Modifry's Redline Shift Beeper and have it installed. You could set it up to have a piercing siren go off in the cabin if someone hit 5000 RPM. Problem solved.
