Genuine Honda S2000 shin-etsu grease
#4
If the seller left a tube of Shin-Etsu grease with the car, you're lucky. That means that he was maintaining his car.
That stuff isn't exactly cheap, and it does a great job at preserving all rubber on your car, especially in the door jambs and trunk.
The best use for this grease is for the seals on a hardtop. Without silicone grease, the rubber seals squeak as the car flexes.

Well, did she dry and crack? What about sqeaks when she flexes?
If the answer is no, then perhaps this Shin-Etsu did it's job, just not in the lubricating department.
