I think things went downhill as far as supporting the S2K community when hardtopguy left there.
Amen brother. Ganley didn't know what they had in Jeff and Joe until they both left that crap hole.

You got that right. They did however figure it out the following month. Their parts sales used to be in the top 10 nation wide. They dropped to the bottom in less then 30 days. The GM just never understood the bigger picture.

Truth be told, I think the GM was looking at a different picture altogether. Sometimes it's about empire building. My ex-wife was a business manager at one of the largest volume Honda dealerships in the country for many years. When one of your departments gets "too big," they make changes. I know more about the inside of the car business than I would like.

Interesting, my gf's father tried to buy a Rio from Ganley a few months ago. It was a demo car - never titled but with a fair amount of miles. They wouldn't budge on price at all. I wonder if that's the same car? And why the heck are they so set on holding on to it?

I'm confused. I was under the impression that Jeff was at a Ganley Honda in Ohio. The Allegheny club is having a tech day there this weekend. And suprfunguy (Dennis) is driving Jeff's Ridgeline while his car is getting "geared". Are there two Ganley Hondas in Ohio?

Jeff is no longer part of Ganley and has not been for some time. I am not sure on the logistics of the Tech day, but I do know that it is happening. Since you will be at the thech day, you might want to ask him.
