Ok, So I have deal done on a new 2004 S2000. I try to contact my salesman to work out the final details (forms of payment, directions to the dealership.......). Then, I get an email from the salesman that states he can not honor our deal, it will now cost an additional $3400.
Nice, huh?

You should tell the dealer he can honor the deal and pay up the 3400 himself, or shove it. A deal's a deal.
New 2004 s2000? Has it been sitting on the floor that long??

Hmm.... How many miles on that 2004? Motorcars Honda in Cleveland still had a new 04 with 860 miles on it at end of Feb. Maybe you can contact them about it. BTW, it's Sebring Silver with black interior.

I don't see the problem here. As long as money hasn't exchanged hands no deal is final. Maybe you should have left a deposit to have them hold the car. It was just as easy for you to walk away from the deal as well.

That car has been there a very long time and many people have tried to purchase it. The dealer will not let go of it for some reason, and the car is not perfect. Make sure you get a great deal if you go for that one. I would PM hardtopguy he has a lead on a couple unmolested 04's and a 05 for a great deal.
