Funny things people have said about your s2000

This unfortunately was in Los Angeles... where I guess Ferraris are about as common as Hondas, so that may explain the confusion.

I dropped mine off to have shipped to Germany and the guy driving the car into the storage area asked which car it was where he could pull it into the storage bay. The guy said the yellow hot rod out there by the way what year delsol is that my brother used to have one. I cannot say I blame the guy considering it was in Texas and if you don't drive a Chevy, ford or dodge it is out of the norm.

Just had a good one.
Went out to my car during a break from work to go do a quick errand.
There was a dad standing on the sidewalk in front of my car with three small kids.
The youngest (little boy) watches as I hit the keyfob and start to get in and yells over to his older sister
"Hey come look at this car! Watch this car!" and proceeds to point and stare the entire time as I start it, back it out and drive off.

bojangles drive thru: "cool car, is that a mercedes?"
me: "nah, it's a honda"
bojangles: "it looks like a mercedes"
me: "thanks"
lol I just rolled my eyes after I left, not the first time someone thought it was something else...

Painted a school teacher's friend house for it ($800), I sold it 3 yrs. later at a Mecum auction at Indy for $1400ish, I think.
It was restored. Man, was it small!
