I swear nobody will top this one, but 2 weekends ago, I was at the Honda dealership getting a free oil change, and this lady said to me (as all the workers are admiring my car )...
"Your car looks like a frog."
ME: "What?
LADY: "Its just so low to the ground....it looks like a tiny frog."
ME: "Thank you?!"

I didnt know what the hell she was talkin about?! She was commenting on how low my car is with the splitter installed. Women?!

After two days of ownership:
Taking gas at the pump, a RTS bus pulls over and I think the driver wanted
to get some coffee or something, instead he came over to me and asked a
bunch of details on my car and whether it was fast .... he he .... while all
his passengers waited patiently on the bus.

After four days of ownership:
Pulling into my housing complex and a little girl (maybe 5-6 yrs) on a bike
speeds up and tried to come closer to me ..... and says "Nice car, sir!".
I slowed down and waved. [Almost like the VW commercial ........ if you
know what I mean)

Some others .... not this noteworthy.

At a gas station, some dude jumps out of his girl friends BMW and very excitedly says, "Now that's a Honda!". His girl friend was very embarrised.

I actually thaough the statement of "Now that's a Honda!" is a little weird since Hondas are usually practicle, utilitarian, daily drivers. While the S is far from practicle and utilitarian on anything but a track. The statement of "Now that's a Honda!" would seem to fit a Civix DX (not even EX) better.

On another occasion, I was riding with my GF driving, top down. There's a guy in the left lane waiting to make a protected left, in a big expensive SUV. We pass him going the opposite direction and I see him turn and stare at the car. Well, he was staring for so long, his light had turned green and people behind him had to honk to get him to stop looking at my car! Ha! I liked that one.
