had a recent meet/eat/drive/valve adjustment day and some guy in a van said ...
him: did you guys just come from a show?
me: no.
him: oh (sad look) what kind of car is that? ferrari?
me: no, honda.
him: oh (even sadder look)
p.s. big difference, i guess, when you mistake a honda for a ferrari

A couple of days ago it was nice out, and as I was driving down the street I passed a bunch of girl scouts that were selling cookies and they all screamed as I passed by "Nice Car". Thought that was funny.
I also seem to get a lot of younger kids that love the car, they all drool over it. This car gets so much attention.

First day I had the car, I was stopped on a side street waiting for traffic to clear so I could turn left onto a 4 lane street. Pickup truck slams on the brakes and cuts across the 4 lanes, pulls along side me blocking traffic, and says "What does that cost? Eighty grand?" I was speechless at his stupidity. I have also had other people beside me at lights ask "how much?" I can't be the only one.
Getting gas one time, came out after paying attendant and there is a guy laying under the front of my car! He slides out and slides under the rear. Gets up and says "that is my BMW roadster over there, I really like yours. It's CUTE! WTF! I said "hey bucko your car is cute. That is why you see more women driving them. The S is made for their husbands!"
Couple weeks later at the same gas station, four BMW convertible roadsters pulled in together (must of been a club drive). I came out after paying and there were about 6 people looking at my car and the BMW owners were standing in a group by themselves at their vehicles! Felt great answering questions bout the S and them standing there watching!
