Man I was rolling this morning. I passed the school bus stop out in front of the apartments where I live and this kid runs out in the middle of the street waving his hand like the white dude in NFS:Underground. It was the funniest thing. It's amazing that a car that was made in 2001 still gets this much attention. I also get alot of thumbs up. Even from some redneck dude at Lowes today.

I was pumping gas a few weeks ago, and out of nowhere I hear someone start yelling (from a distance).

He yells again, and finally I decide to stop my conversation and pay attention to what he's saying.

I look and see a jacked up, rusted out Ford pickup truck at a traffic light up the street.

He's yelling, "Hey! Nice Car!"

I yell back "Thanks!" half expecting him to say something about buying a Honda. But, to my suprise, I get a thumbs up and he drives away.

The gas station is a fun place to meet people. I have had several people actually go around the block, and pull back through the station so they can see the car.

The night I got my car I just drove it around the neighborhood, a couple of times I had a car follow me while I went in circles around the block. Kinda scared me, but he/she was probably trying to get a closer look or maybe they were looking for parking maybe they were wondering what idiot drives their car around with the shipping tape still on it.
