red light this morning.

me (2005 NFR)

2006 red miata pulls up near me. looks over at me (both of us topdown).

"is that then NEW model miata?!" "Damn i should have waited" he said.

i laugh, and say, no this is an s2000 and kind of point down at the badge on the fender.

"ah, so its it as fast as the miatas?"

i just laughed

but he did have the cool convertable hard top thingy...

And some people are more easily offended than others. Luckily you redeemed yourself using flagrant and unnecessary profanity to prove the maturity level you've attained - nearly that of your financial status. If you're going to brag about rubbing it in someone's face, let go of Daddy's hand before you do it.

obviously, your parents provided you with the bare essentials needed for life. through this, you've become bitter toward anyone who receives things without providing monetary contribution for them. this, to me, shows that you are in fact the one who is bitter and should accept things for what they are. so i got a car for completing college; there are greater tragedies in the world. your question was presented in a mocking manner through the use of your waving smilie, and i have been dealing with people like you since i turned 15; hence the apprehensivness toward your post. you've done nothing to contribute to this thread except to take it off-topic and to satisfy your bitterness by making me seem as though i am undeserving of a gift which was offered to me by my parents. i find it hard to believe that if your parents presented you with the same offer, that you would decline. once again, i am fortunate to have what i have and i appreciate it. not everyone works for what they have, its the way of the world and for some reason you have a problem accepting that. back on topic anyone?

I'm actually shocked that a salesman would say that to you. As long as a potential customer is mature and reasonable, I don't see why a salesman shouldn't consider him/her a potential buyer.
