Funny things people have said about your s2000

This past Saturday...
I have the Safelight glass repair man at my house, he is fixing two window chips on my Red VW GTI...I have my Silver S2K parked next to the GTI.
I'm wiping down the S2K with some quick detailer to give it a little more shne after its bath...the repair guy is working on my GTI...we are just kinda chatting.
So he goes
" that is a really shiney car you got there...what kind is it?"
I say: "oh thanks, its a Honda"
he says smiling: "no, no I mean the Silver one not this red one"
and I say: "yea man, the silver one is a Honda!"
he goes: "holy sh*t, I thought that was a Porsche, it looks like it should be a Porsche!"
I laughed quitely inside:-)

Waiting for my food at Culvers, the employee walked out and brought me my food, and says
"I love your car, I play the S2000 on Need for Speed video game, but I havent seen one in person"

Besides one of the 1st comments I got ("Is that a 4 seater?"
), the latest was at a hand car wash & went like this:
"Do you have change for a 20?"
"No, I'm sorry I don't"
"I looked at your car & thought you'd have it for sure"
"The car's not as expensive as it looks"
"Oh" (disapointed)
So his formula would probably be, S2000 = rich
= change for $20.

Well, I see several things happening here.
A) Honda doesn't advertise the S2000 enough for Honda's sake.
B) Hondas in general are known to be inexpensive and weak.
C) When you sell your S2000, find someone who doesn't know what it is. They'll pay you more than you paid for it new!
I don't own one, yet, but I pulled into the Honda dealership with my girlfriend one day to look at a year old `03. While we were standing there she leaned over and whispered, "that car'll get you laid". So we took it for a quick test drive that lasted a little longer than expected (:

While in Napa over the Valentine's weekend, a guy riding a bike was admiring the car as me and my boyfriend walked out of the resort. He said, "I didn't know Honda made a sports car!"
