i was first looking into getting an s2k a year ago. i was asking questions about one i was looking at at a dealership. i asked the guy where the sidebadges were. he had a puzzled look for a second, then replied that they probably didn't come with them that model year ('02).

Yesterday I took one of my associates out to lunch in the S.
After thoroughly checking it out, he sat quietly for a minute while we drove down the road. Then he said,
"I bet chicks LOVE this car...how much does it cost? I think I need to get one."

Yesterday while I was putting gas into the S a man walks over to me and says, " I hear they are going to stop making those," referring to the S. I asked where he heard that and he replied, " I saw it on the internet, Honda is coming out with a coupe with a V-8 in it". I told him that was the April Fools Day post. He just walked away.

A girl friend of mine sat in my car as I pulled into a gas station to fill up. I left my keys in the cup holder as I swiped my card. She looks at the keys and goes "you drive a Honda too? Why do you have 2 cars?" I tell her, "what do you think this car is?" She replies "an s2000. duuuuuh." yeah...duuuuuuh

I was working the other night (I am a bartender), and this guy that I have known for a year or so comes up to me at the bar. He says "I think I saw you driving a porsche, or at least I thought it was you."
I asked him if it had a carbon fiber hood (as my S does), and he says "yes!"
I then told him it was a Honda S2000, debadged. He was in disbelief...It was quite humorous.
