Im 27 no tickets no accidents, Im paying 235/mo for my 05 S2000 and 03 ML320 full coverage with 1000 deductible. Also the coverage I get is 1 step above the required minimum,which allstate claims my rate should be cheaper after I renew because they offer discount for just carrying the higher coverage I got the Allstate Gold Plan insurance plan which means if I wreck my car, Allstate will pay me Retail value for new car repalcement for 3 years and plus my rates wont go up with 1 accidnet on my record

Whatever you do don't go for state minimum on the liability portion...$10K or whatever it is in WV won't even cover you totalling a new civic and you could be on the hook for any damages over your limits and open yourself up to lawsuits, especially if you injury someone including your own passenger. Try to get at least 25/50/25 or even better 100/300/50, it's not that much more than state minimum usually.
