i'm not too worried bout gains...i'm buying an exhaust to get a little deeper sound and save a little weight....if I were really looking for gains, I'd be looking at a single, but those are not very esthetically pleasing.....

If all you care about is sound, go with the HKS. If you want some weight savings and gains, and can stomach the sound level, go with Invidia. They both sound awesome... if you run a testpipe, the Invidia drone isn't really bad either.

I've heard otherwise...supposedly makes your ears bleed...i don't wanna run a test pipe....just a cat-back...and a quiet exhaust is really what I want...a little bit deeper sound, but no drone and no fart can Chuckfullanuts exhaust...lol

There's a lot of people that just go to an exhaust shop and have them cut out the resonator and weld a straight pipe in there. It will sound just like you want it... a littledeeper than stock. It's actually quite appealing if you hear it. I would do it too... but I want some extra ponies out of it, so I'm planning to go with the T1R 63mm V2.
