Yes it is, I would rate it as the second best exhuast for people who are looking for a deep/quiet exhuast, second only to Mugen but the Mugen is almost twice the cost.

I was debating over the Mugen, Fujitsubo, and HKS. All three sound similar with a deeper, mellower tone. I loved the sound of the HKS, but didn't like all the rumors of possible lost hp. The Mugen is a beautiful piece, but for about double the price of the Fuji. IMO it wasn't worth it to pay double for almost no noticeable difference besides a few pounds of weight and looks.

I ended up going with the Fuji and spent the rest of my money towards the Mugen header. Plus I think the Fuji looks just as good, and I like the oval muffler look better than the round. The only thing I didn't like about the Fuji as much as the other two is the tips. But I still like them.

I should have it within the week. Let u know how it is.

everyone says it's not too loud but still sounds good when you step on it, and it's 100% non-rice. i personally went for the Invidia because it was $600 from Steve@Evolution's group buy and is known for perfect fitment and good quality. it is VERY loud, however.
