The primary way to get good fuel economy is keep your foot out the radiator.
How did you put your foot on the radiator while driving ?

My gas mileage is not good, around 21-22 mpg. The reason is most my driving is short distance, around 5 miles, and on city streets.

I did a little experiment yesterday. When my fuel meter hit 4 bars, I reset my trip odometer. Looks like each of those last 4 bars = 1/4 gallon. hehehe

By the time I traveled about 23 miles, the last 4 bars disappeared. leaving me with the 3 gallons left in the tank when there are no bars showing.

I get around 250 with 12.5 gallons. I think I should cut down on my aggressive driving.

I usually get 280 or so miles on a full tank driving mostly 60 mph out in the country but i once got 330 on a road trip w/o the light coming on doing 75-85.

I just checked in my 05 ... I filled up at 4 bars and it took almost exactly 10 gallons. They are probably each a little different, but there was way more gas in my car than I expected for 4 bars.

Hey Green Tea.

Like the others said great Pictures. I'm a SJSU alumni ALSO!. graduated in 1997!. Like the picture with the San Jose/SJSU Library in the Background. I always thought it was cool looking building. What parking garage is the car parked in? Was it from one of the apartment buildings?

Shan
Cool, lots of SJSU alumnis on this board. The other picture was taken in the 7th street garage. Man, I would love to take some pics at the new spartan village complex
