fuel door release button

Default fuel door release button

hey guys,

I own a 2001 s2k, and today when i was getting out of it, my pants somehow got caught on the fuel door release button and broke it off.....Does anybody know where i can buy i new one? if anybody has one for sale, please text me 973-641-7492.

any input will be appreciated.

Wow that sucks. I was really thinking this would be another "Where is my fuel release button" thread.

Do you still have the piece that broke off? I am betting if you used some rubber cement to reattach it and let it sit for a day or two before pulling on it, it would be solid enough to use. If not the piece that broke off I'm sure you could substitute something else.

Were you in fishnet pants or something? That release is pretty recessed.

+1 for JB Weld or any other epoxy.
