Fuel cutout during vtec... what is wrong with my car?
Ok, when I was down at the Dragon this weekend, my car kept hiccuping in vtec. It would switch over to the high lift cam fine, but then it felt like I hit a rev limiter for a second, then it would go back to normal and continue revving. Yes, the oil was warm, and yes I did check the oil level. My car has about 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else have this problem?

i see your reading skills leave a little to be desired..
anyhow, have you tried the MAP sensor?
if you have an aftermarket intake, make sure nothing is covering the filter (i've seen symptoms close to what you're describing because something was obstructing the filter element.)
keep us posted.
