Whenever I drive onto/off a ramp, the front suspension makes an awful noise, even at fairly slow, gentle speeds.
I checked for the spacers, which are not present. Otherwise the car handles superbly, and I've had this noise since it was new. Is this just my car, or have others encountered this?
Cheers,
Edward

Ed, does it sound like, "neep, neep, neep ..." After I had the transmission/seat belt TSBs done, I get this incredibly annoying sound, and I think it's from my front end. Interestingly, I don't get the sound until the car is well warmed up. Hate it.

2x6,
Mystery to me why it would come on after your S2k is warmed up. But with the car being so perfect, it kills me to hear the neep, neep. I brought mine to the dealer, but they misdiagnosed it as the X-brace install, which I did myself. The next time the car is in again for work, I'll have to have them work on it again. The dealer always put 7-10 miles on it, and that just bothers me as I'm sure those miles are more akin to F1 qualifying, than an old lady driving to church on Sundays (no offence to old ladies of course).
I'll let you know as soon as I find out.

You're lucky Speedster. I don't get my sound until I've run it for over 30 miles. I'm really looking forward to my tech driving it all day long to get it to make the sound.
