Front Grills?

Front Grills?
Are there any other options for grills than the one from McCune Tehnology (@ 119 dollars )? That seems a little steep for a piece of steel. And I don't see any group buys that I would qualify for.

...I just received my grills from Coastal Metals yesterday. They appear to be of the highest quality, customer service was outstanding, and I think they will be functional as well as attractive. How can you quibble over $100 when you paid 33K for your car? If you want them, then find the best price and buy them.

Before Coastal Metals entered the picture, one of our members - Dennis from Orlando fabricated a grill out of expanded metal surrounded by a rubber bead. Functional and nice looking for about $40. I have one on my car. Since it's a more open design, I don't worry about airflow being restricted. It's absorbed a lot of bug and rock hits that would have otherwise dented the A/C condensor.
Dennis, are you still hanging around?

I made my own grill:
I purchased a sheet of 20ga expanded aluminum with 1/4" honeycombs... looks great because it has a lot of open area and is not too shiney and lets plenty of air through...
I had a Dennis grill (before I gave it away) and it seemed to be a plastic mesh material...
