I went to the HOnda dealer but the guy in the parts dept. told me they don't sell the hardware to install by itself. What do you guys recommend?

check out the instructions, and try and rig something up yourself. you can always go to a body shop, they usually know what will work. make sure its a GOOD body shop, at least. otherwise, check with hardtopguy or perhaps the marketplace here and see if u can get anything. half the hardware you need is already on your front bumper anyway, just a couple more tabs and stuff.

I believe that dealer was giving a crock of s--t.
What a cheap way to force you to use their services.
I'm pretty darn sure the items you inquired about are part of 'the kit' and they lost them or are withholding them.
Someone else on this site, that's in the business, might confirm this.

All you need,is 8 bolts, about 1-1/2" long, and a couple of sheet metal screws;I remember taking them off when I installed my splitter.
I must still have them, somewhere in my garage;too bad you're not local.
