Default Frog Harness Customer Service

Well I ordered a VAFCII harness about weeks ago. I got the paypal confirmation saying the money was sent. I am still waiting for the harness, I never recieved any e-mail from them, and I sent them an e-mail and still no reply.

For anyone who has ordered from them before, how long did it take you to get the harness? Do they make them on a per order basis?

I'm hoping I get it soon, but this is going on to its 3rd week now which I think is to long to ship something.

No number is listed on the website, just an e-mail, otherwise I would have called them

Anyone know the number for their place?

Also on another note: Shipping from Canada to the US and the US to Canada can take longer than you would think. Customs gets to inspect everything and ti can be delayed as long as a few months. That is how long it has taken a few of our items to get there. In fact we shipped a replacement and it got there long before the other one did. Go figure.

I wasn't even aware they were from canada so I wasn't expecting the long shipping wait.

Eithor way, I called them and got everything cleared up. Apparently Fedex didn't want to send me an e-mail with the tracking number so it wasn't their fault and they were on back order.

Should be arriving any day now!

does 411 work for canada if so try... thats what i would do
