The S2000's Demographic is smaller as well.
It's for someone who wants a real car. (Very small demographic)
Most honda's are great though. and look at the accord and fit. they offer "MORE."
The S2000 ONLY offers great looks, convertable top, great engine, amazing handling, reliability; What's the S2000's problem!

This is just units sold, and the S has always been low volume, being a hand assembled car on a low production assembly line. The NSX and Insight were worse sellers when they were around, but now the S is the low seller. If you look at days on the lot, the numbers shake out differently.
S sales have always been around 7,000 annually, so 6,7xx isn't anything special.
