Flushing all the fluids. Recommendations?

All the posts above prvide good advice. I go with:
Moble 1 10w-30 for engine
Honda MTF for tranny
Amsoil 80w-90 100% synthetic for diff
Honda coolant/distilled water for coolant
I change engine oil every 3000 (~+1000) miles (depending on when it is convenient or how hard the car has been run.
MTF I change every 12k (every 4th oil change)
Differential oil I change 9k (3rd oil change)
Coolant every 30k
