Alright, I might be a jerk, but I'm starting to get tired of people flashing their brights at me all of the time. As a result I've started to flash back. Am I the only one or do you guys flash back too?
ps. I'm not talking about a bumpy roads, just getting flashed because they're bright.

I flash back myself. Down here its not too big of a problem since we have lots of Bimmers with HIDs which look like ours.
I swapped my highbeams out for some Phillips Vision Plus, which made them even brighter. I was going to buy the Hella or Phillips Rally bulbs (100-120W) but I figured I would burn the bulb sockets or housings. I wish I had those though!

I just flash back. In fact, on any road with oncoming traffic, I always keep my fingers poised to flash the brights for just this reason.
Last weekend I had the pleasure of being in front of a silver S (with a hard top - first I've ever seen!) on the Dumbarton bridge, and the light flicker really is pretty bad. Much worse than the Bimmers and Lexus'. The brightness would even be tolerable, but it is the flashing and bouncing that is really annoying.

If you're in an area with lots of upper-end cars, you're not going to get flashed as often as you would in an area with less $$$.
Our HIDs look nothing like the BMWs or the Audis. The Bimmer ones are a consistent white/blue. The Audi's get purple at some angles, but look more yellowish. The S2000's is just all over the map with the most intense blue/white action, but not consistent lke the BMW's. The Lexus, MB, and Acura HIDs are crap. The Porsches optioned out with Litronics look the same as the BMW's lights.
Recently had a Ferrari Modena drive behind me on the freeway at night. They look very similar to ours.
I wonder who manufactures the Modena's HIDs. Who manufactures the S2000 HIDs? Lenses?
