To fix those TSB's..
So it's possible to just ask Honda service to fix it? I'm looking at the bottom and it says that they can do it out of goodwill. Has anyone tried it?
Or am I going to be the first to attempt to ask for a CV joint job on the S?

What I meant is - if the dealership agrees to fix it, does it mean they're claiming it through HondaCare warranty? Because if it's that easy (if it was just up to the service manager to decide), then I should be able to get my CV joints fixed for free.

It is up to the dealership to decide weather to do it on goodwill or not. In my experience if you have a good relationship with the service people at the dealer near you then they will be much more likely to do it out of good will. It is always worth a try though. Like stated above, some suceed and some dont.

Well, here's the situation:
I used to work at a Honda/Acura dealership and I have great connections with them still, but the main question is who pays for the repairs. Is it the dealership, or is it Honda warranty. If the dealership has to pay, then that should be out of the question, but if there is a way for them to get the funds from Honda for the repair, then it should be all good for me.

Does your VIN match the range on the TSB? From the looks of it, the TSB only pertains to 6 cars??

The Dealer does not decide who gets goodwill warranty and who doesn't. The DPSM does. Honda can decline, pay for the repair, or split costs with the customer.
Once you are out of warranty the dealer can no longer be paid through normal warranty claim procedures.
