dont see how he clocked you at all if he was going the other way-
in calif that would have been a perfect use of the hand-brake (to keep the rear lights from coming on)...
but, congrats on getting it to a warning only!

 

He was coming at me in the oncoming lane. It is possible for cops to get you in the on coming lane with their radars tilted a bit to the left. Their setups will automatically compare their speed with your speed and give them a readout. He said specifically "81 mph" and I can say that was damn close because I looked at my speedo when I saw him and it was around 80ish. There is no way he estimated that with a visual ID.

One night in my friends GSR, poepoe, pulls him over. And here's his reasoning and i quote: "Pulled you over because you had CF hood, and gutted rear interior w/ rollcage...I assume somethings seems fishy going inside your engine."

Cop: Can you please pop the hood.
Friend: Sorry but no.
Cop: By saying No is a failure to cooperate w/ an officer.
Friend: GrrR....(so he pops his hood)

Meanwhile, the cop presents my friend w/ a lovely ticket for having a fuel pressuge gauge, and exposed AEM adjustable cam gears.

They can't do that can they? I asked my friend. Friend says Catch 22.
