I received an Agressive driving ticket back in Feb. Cop Showed up at my house 2 house after the incident to give me the ticket . You don't want a ticket like this its Criminal. I got a lawyer fought it and won. Why, part of the law here is you must be putting other driver in danger. The cop ( who lied several times, said it was just me and him on the road (4 times) Judge dismissed the ticket he was pissed. This was my one gift. I really watch what I'm doing now.

You should ALWAYS fight ANY type of moving violation. Here in NJ, the insurance surcharge alone is enough to cause a stroke. I have fought EVERY moving violation ticket (about 5) since I started driving 14 years ago and I have had them either reduced to non-moving violations or dismissed altogether. THEY CAN BE BEAT.
