It'd be great if you guys would stop suggesting things like strut bars and X-braces. Auto-X, HPDEs and any other driving event that will improve your skills. A decent set of tires will be nice to have but you shouldn't rush out to buy R-compounds.

Get a good set of coil-overs and dial up the camber / toe, you pretty much can get started.

not totally in line with your wishes but an inexpensive must have:

Axxis Ultimate brake pads from cobaltfriction
steel brake lines /speedbleeders /improved brake fluid.
