Guys stop arguing about the CR. It's a nice version of the S2000 for those at liberty to spend more money. If you want to track your car, just get an AP1 for cheap and put a coilover setup on it. That, plus some light wheels and you're set Who said anything about having to buy a CR?

Some said that when the STI first premiered...look at it now. Radios can always be added, you should never buy a car based on that.

I thought the CR was a little pricey until I started to shop for my s car.... several dealers here in Florida were willing to part with their CR's for less than the regular edition... some of the offers were so good that I actually considered a CR but the no drop top feature killed the deal for me... got to have a top ready to go during the Florida rainy season...

I'm considering buying another CR... a used one to prepare for the track... so two, from my cheap seat, is far from pointless... keep the new one for a driver and find a not so beaten beater to build into a track car... I've owned a gaggle of cars over the years and I personally think the s cars offer a lot of bang for the buck.. great handling, relatively bullet proof, and their just fun to drive... after living with MG's, Sprites, and oh yeah, ny old 914-6 during my past lives I just can't get over the fact that you can have a sports car with air conditioning!

Yup... two s2000's seems perfectly cool to me.

^^ There are all kinds of people, but two of these cars are pointless.
There's totally a point to having 2 -- keeping the girlfriend out of mine.
