Default first ever white and tan

Hey there. I was wondering when the first white and tan was ever produced?
My vin ends with 000005 so it was the 5th car of the line in 03. Does anyone have
a lower production number than mine thats a 03, or could it be the first one for the states in that year ???????????

Well, that's really low, but if Honda makes cars in color batches and for country specs in batches, I'd wager there are probably four other 03 GPW/tan in the US earlier than yours. 05 is pretty cool though, I'm 7,712 for 04!

The VIN is not colour related, having been on many car plant it is not that likely 5 cars with consecutive nos are the same colur.

For example, the VIN number for an individual's car on the board is: JHMAP114G1T000288- This breaks down to the following:

J HM Japan/Honda (WMI)
AP1 S2000/F20C1
1 2-dr Convertible 6-speed manual
4 Base Model
G (check digit)
Y 2000 (year) (1= 2001)
T Tochigi (plant)
000288 sequential number (the build number)

the last 6 digits of my VIN are 800120, so what production number is my S? It doesnt make sense that it is that 800120th S2000 made in 2001. I am guessing it is production number 120. If that is the case, then was does the "8" mean?

The eight at the beginning of your serial number means that it is a Canadian model. U.S. models have a zero at the beginning of the serial number. You have the 120th car made in the 2001MY.
