Default Finding GM Synchromesh FM tranny fluid?

Ok folks. I've searched around and haven't had any luck so far. I've been to three GM dealers looking for this stuff and so far, all I get is looks from the parts personnel. They then try to sell me the "non" FM version.

Where are you getting this stuff from?

Thanks,
Steve R.

When you say GM, does that include Cadillac? That's where I got some about 2 hrs ago.

Yup, GM includes Cadillac. So far, all I've tried is Chevy dealers. I'll look up a Cady dealer.

Thanks!

Hardtopguy.com sells the ACDelco version, believe it is the same as the GM synchromesh. I have bought some from my local GM dealer for around $13 a quart. GMpartsdirect.com sells a 6 quart case, but I believe the shipping and handling is no cheap - but it does only charge $7 quart - you just have to buy a whole case. I will probably go this route next time - the GM synchromesh works well in my Integra as well - I need 4 quarts to do both cars.

You can check with Autozone too. I know they carry a lot of AC Delco fluids.
