If there are some business's in the same area , you think maybe there might be some video?. I think I'd check this angle if the police hadn't already.

Sucks man. It's not like Lakeview is a bad area, either. Our favorite car when we were in Chicago was an old Land Rover Disco with metal bumpers and remote start....

Residential street, no video that i'm aware of...police are less then helpful anyway...have geico doubt I'll get a great price on what the car was worth...I'm a pre-k teacher...can't afford anything close to a new or slightly used car :-(

Sorry to hear , its probably been choped and ready to be sold as used parts Theres other sporty looking cars out there for decent prices(thou it won't be a s2k ) so I'm sure you'll enjoy your next car
