Depends on how much the paint has faded on your car vs. the new fender paint fade.

last summer i got a black fender for my 2001 and the color was a great match.
you will be able to remove replace the fender easy enough yourself.
-alignment is a little pain because the fender material is VERY thin
-a front bracket is a little trick, access through a rubber seal, the fastner front to back, attempt to keep the bracket assy on the car here.
-ncessary to remove the plastic wheel well protector, some snap fastners will not be reusable, they are expensive from honda.
alot of places do not like to ship the front fender because of its odd size and it is VERY thin. They will need to package this to inusre success, lots of cardboard and foam. get insurance ($15.00 typ) and have them email to you pics before they ship.
