A few new developments for the weekend's events fior Fall Colors 2002, October 3-5.

First, we're now planning to have a portable dyno set up at the autocross site on Saturday, October 4 so that people can do some dyno runs. A set of three runs will cost about $35 we think, a real good buy. The autocross runs and instruction will be free.

Second, we'll have a cash bar set up at the headquarters hotel after the dinner on Saturday night so we can all party together a bit with time to recover before the drive the next day

Ludedude (J.P. Kleinhaus) and Reedz (James Mullins) are beginning work on development of the course for Sunday's drive, and it promises to be both a challenging and beautiful drive. I've been over what will be part of the course, and it presents a real dilemma -- do you drive hard to enjoy the challening twisties of the course, or do you slow down to take in the gorgeous scenery?

Jim Yip is starting work on the restaurant arrangements for the Friday and Saturday dinners and the Sunday mid-course lunch.
