Fading headlights

I don't think he needs to sand. That is overkill. Those should clean up with plastic polish fairly easily. They are only a little cloudy.

i didn't sand, just used the polish stuff and it worked great

I tried using sratchx plastic removal polish and it didn't seem to work

Did you use it by hand or with a machine?
