Factory Color Aerosol Paint Cans
I accidentally backed up into a rock a while back and it created some scratches on the side bumper. I tried using some paint from pep boys but It didn't really match that good. I saw some websites which offered to make the exact spray paint for your car in a spray can. Has anybody ever used any of these. Is it pretty close to the factory.
Thanks

The main thing is that they can colormatch your paint until they are blue in the face, but if it's not 2-stage (color then clearcoat) it will never match perfectly. The only good way to handle it is to go to a colormatch shop, get a pint of colormatched paint, some activated clearcoat, sandpaper, primer aerosol, and multiple CO2 based sprayers. This is not easy, and expensive, so you might be better off just getting a shop to touch it up.
