Default F20C short block updated...

I'm sorry again, I'm the king of re-posts...

does anyone know if there were ANY changes to the short block design between 2000-2003 for the AP1 S2000's.

Other than the banjo bolt halfway through 2002, are there ANY changes in the motor for the AP1's? (2000-2003)

Thanks a million, I'm just trying to do ALL my homework ahead of time.

The banjo bolt was the big one. There were some changes in the transmissions - synros and pressure plate, somewhere in there, but I can't think of anything else in the engine.

I've heard that if you replace the shortblock, you get an updated version with improved cooling. Just wondering when this improved block was available in the F20C...2002.5, 2003, never???

Someone must have some sort of info...?

I'm going to assume with no more answers, there was no changes to improve the block between 2000-2003, either that, or nobody know!
The ONLY change to the engine was the change of the banjo bolt halfway thru 2002.
