Default Extra attention from the cops FTL!

I was driving to my friend's house from TGFI after celebrating his birthday. In the caravan, it was my friend's RSX-S, VW Rabbit, Turbo EP3, an Accord and a Sonata + me in my S2K. We weren't doing anything stupid. No revving at each other, no speeding. We were just following each other. Of all the cars, my car stand out the most...being a yellow convertible with a carbon fiber wing.

You guessed it. I got pulled over. The cop checked my car for every possible way they can ticket me. They even asked me too many damn questions if I had drank any alcohol. They couldn't get me with anything, as my car is mostly stock. They even checked if my car was lowered or tinted!!!

They got me with 2 tickets, 1 for following too close (which was BS cuz I wasn't...maybe 1-1.5 cars behind, but not half a car like he said), and 1 for not having my license (forgot it when I changed pants).

What the eff man?!!?!?!? Is this because of the incident in MD with the street racing? I have never got this much attention drawn to me ever since I've gotten this car. Now suddenly it seems like every cop is out looking for me. =\

I feel you bro... I always get the popos attention as well.. sometimes its my fault but mostly just them checking me out.. Got pulled over once for going fast in a corner once. cant blame me tho, I like going fast in corners. lol. furtunately didnt get a ticket tho, just a fair warning.

I get followed by cops at least once or twice a week for a good min or two.

Unfortunately, that's a price to pay for driving a somewhat flashy car. Being nice to the police officer might save you in some cases, but there are some that are just inevitable ...

Yup, and when your car gets vandalized or broken into, don't expect them to lift a finger...

And cops wonder why some people dislike them so.

I was followed home once right after a bought my car. They didn't pull me over but they did flash a spotlight on me when I turned into the driveway. I suspect they ran my plates and were satisfied that my address was legitamate. No problems like this have happened since.
Maybe my car is a known entity around town now and little reason to suspect any type of wrong doing.
My suspicion is that they may have thought that the car was stolen since they had never seen it before and I did have a out of state licence plate frame which may have given them even more reason to scrutinise my car.

Don't worry those won't be to bad of tickets......for the one with no license, all you have to do is prove that you have it and you will be good. GL!
