Default Exhaust Question

What do you think of this deal?

A friend of mine willing to trade me his HKS Dual Exhuast from his s2000, for my stock exhaust plus my roadmate 700? I want an exhaust but i would like to keep my stock but if it's a good deal and the exhaust doesn't sound ricey or kill my hp, then i think i would go for it, what you guys think?

I heard some good things about the HKS, I do alot of freeway driving, and doesn't want something very loud such as invidia (sound nice)

Thanks

No one can decide for you if it's worth trading for. If you don't ever plan going back to stock, then sure why not. There've been plenty of topics covered about HKS losing power. As far as I know, there's no dyno sheet to prove that HKS lost power but a lot of people do agree that it gains no power if not loses power. Also many people think it's one of the best sounding exhausts, so if you're into the sound, go for it.
