well as the title says...after about an hour of driving i feel this excessive heat from the cup holder and hand brake area. is this normal?
Your s2000 is in heat. When she ogulates she emits a high amount of heat from that area. Should only happen once a month and last no longer than 2 or 3 days. Be careful of other s2000s creeping up on your rear end during this phase. Throw some advil or asprin in the gas tank to help her out.

Good luck!

o.O I never place anything in there. I like shifting my car, i find it gets harder when something is in the way.

can't stand having something sticking out in the middle of nowhere. once i downshifted to 4th from 5th instead of going into 6th cause of that

i just throw my waterbottle on the passenger seat or wedge it between the seat and the center console if i have a passenger.

I'm thinking about mounting a water bottle holder where the little net is. good? bad idea?

and on top of that, do you think the gold foil that dressupbolts is selling can remedy this?

he, he, lol. Reminds me of a good joke - You know women must be evil, because what other species can bleed profusely for one week of every month and still not die
