Ditto.
The rattling bucket of bolts sound was eliminated with the clutch swap. They are just trying to tell you that "they" don't want to do this again on your car.
Your warranty is sure to be honored at another Honda dealership if need be.

Hi
I started the process with a letter to Honda Zone. If you check your manual you will see the addresses of the regional offices listed. When Honda Zone contacted me by phone, I confirmed every conversation with a letter. I asked Zone to recommend a service department for the repairs. They recommended Weseloh.
Zone was very helpful. I had the 1-2 gear problem fixed and the clutch disk replaced. The car runs beautifully now. I had the work done at Weseloh Honda in San Clemente (or Dana Point) California.
Anyway, my thought is - have Honda Zone in your corner before you start with the service department. Have service order and confirm receipt of all parts before you bring them your car. Note the mileage and put a sticky with the mileage noted on your instrument panel. Remove your Rick Hessel leather console cover before bringing in your car.
Just my 2 Kroner.
