My insurance company just called me to see if they could have permission to access car's black box! I gasped and said no one but me is allowed to access my car's black box!! Haha! I just played dumb and asked what she was talking about. She just said it's similar to an airplane's black box and they were asking if they could get some data off of it. Weird part was that they had already deemed the other party at fault (we both happen to have same insurer).

Who holds the title to your car? You or a bank?

If a bank, who is really the owner ......

Thats so they can keep the other person at fault, and then drop your claim due to speed or something else haha
