I have done many installs on the 350z, but it still takes longer than that.

I can tell you right now I don't know if I would not have changed the CR suspension with just a set of springs. You bought an outstanding performing car from the factory and I just can't see why you'd think dropping ~150.00 on springs will make it much better. *shrug*

for some of us it not really about making it perform better its about making it a little more appealing to the eye. All the wheel gap in the CR or any stock S2k looks horrible, so that's would been my first move too.
and when I finally feel like the springs are limiting my driving ability at the track, then ill upgrade

No spacers here.
edit: I should add that my normal daily beater tires are 17x8 +45 all around (trying to get the most out of the tires). I plan to see how they fit in the front sometime this week. Ill let you know how those fit
