Engine Blown Help!

Engine Blown Help!
I've been debating about posting this but I feel I must in order to clear my mind before I speak with dealer. I have an AP2 s2000 that has had the dreaded timing chain ticking sound.
I replaced the TCT through a dealer eariler this year and car was fine, noise went away. So recently the noise came back about lets say 40k miles later.
I take it to another dealer this time to replace TCT which they did. About 200 miles later, engine blows. Car has yet to be inspected by dealer but I curious as to what everyone's opinion is. I have maintained this car through dealer to the T with no issues. I am over warranty miles being that I have 100K plus. The dealer gave the car back to me stating everything was A-OK and car's engine blew roughly 36 hours after picking it up from the dealer.
Is the dealer fully responsible for the damage done to the vehicle?
What should happen now?
What should I do?
Note, when engine blew, I was in 3rd gear doing about 30mph in traffic.

If I didn't note above. Car has yet to be looked at by dealer, however my suspicions is that TCT was not installed properly and chain must have broke which caused engine to die. Yes it is knocking, and yes I had a valve adjustment done on car 12k prior to incident.

Take it to a 3rd party first and pay to have it looked at first and don't tell the dealer before you send it to them. Get your ducks in a row and document everything. Maybe even speak to a lawyer first if you are serious about it.
