EMS to Stock ECU now car doesnt start.

We took the EMS out to put the stock back in to smog... now the car doesnt start at all. We put the EMS back in and the car STILL doesn't start. What can it be???

define "doesnt start"

does it turn over but not fire?

without knowing anything my vote is for an ECU fuse

did you plug it in all the way? Checked to see if you bent the prongs?

immobilizer?? not sure how honda does it but i know toyota's
