sorry 916 ... perception is the key here. You are worried about people posting "untrue" statements, when the statements are indeed true. You may have a really good reason for it but your actions do "appear" shady. This is an important business lesson for you ... you cant just do what you want and get away with it ... that person will express there experience with others, and the s2000 community is pretty tight. All this being said i hope the two of you are able to work it out, i'm just trying to shed a little light on the 3 sides to every story argument.

This will be my last post concerning the issue nibble and NotoriousGQ have broughten up here.

NotoriousGQ issue: If anyone here would have sent the console out after Paypal has placed a "hold" on the payment then I am at fault, but I doubt ANY SELLER would have done that.

nibble issue: I, as the seller have the right to end any of my ebay auctions early for any reason. My reason was to avoid any conflict that may have arisen due to the first auctions stating Paypal was accepted, which it wasn't any longer due to the above case, so I ended the auction and changed the payment methods.

nibble, if i would have left the first auction alone and you would have won it, how were you going to pay??? MOST LIKELY PAYPAL??? So basically I would have said NO PAYPAL and NotoriousGQ's issue would have started all over again.

Again, my apoligies for doing what everyone on this forum would have done in my position. If you don't like my sales practices, PLEASE do not bid on my items.

Thanks

the first decision you are making right. do not say nothing. putting everyone here in same category as you is just plain wrong. by saying more will get you in trouble more and more like quick sand.

although you think you have right to do what ever you want, you cannot say nothing if you run the business shady like you do. who's going to trust you? also, I've bought and sold many parts here. everyone including myself (excluding you) has been straight forward. So please, DO NOT compare yourself to members here.

According to eBay, they have "special" software that can catch people that are shill bidding. Report your case to eBay and have them look into it. Then post the results here. Nothing seem shady about S2kallday here except maybe the shipping charge thing. I personally don't like when someone relies on the shipping charge for income, but it is not illegal and he is within his rights to do so. There are many companies who do so and at times when I've tried to buy "good deals" on these forums, the seller comes back with a huge shipping charge. I just refuse the purchase at that point. He is right, if you don't like the price, don't bid.

Hey, how is everybody doing. Well about two weeks ago I bought a couple of items from 916andyn (passenger side airbag, seat belts, SRS unit, and some other things). Other than having to wait a week for them (he was out of state or something), the transaction went well (initially a sent a deposit through paypal, and had no problems there). I got my parts, he got his money and everybody was happy. I hope you guys can resolve your issue. my 2 cents.

Well look at the email I got today from ebay. I wanted this bumper too.

Please be advised that the following auction:

7974256616 - OEM 2004 HONDA S2000 GPW FRONT BUMPER WHITE

was ended early by eBay. The auction was ended due to the account
suspension of the seller.
All results for this auction are null and void.
