Ebay Oddities
I like to go on Ebay and look at some of the S2000s that are being sold. Its nice to get an idea about how our cars are doing value wise. Occasionally I see a car on there that has some obvious defect that is not being covered by the seller. Example
If you look at my example you will see that the car is a 2002 with full black interior except that all of the carpets are red. This isn't normal. This is expensive to do and most likely wasn't done by choice. Yet the AutoCheck says nothing about any accidents or flooding.
A car that I once owned was on Ebay after I had traded it in. I checked Ebay's AutoCheck and it didn't list the two accidents that the car was in.
So if a car is suspect to you - go with your gut and don't buy it. All those vehicle background checks don't always tell the truth.

sometimes those situations are suspect and other times they are not. the guy might have traded his buddy his ap2 console before he traded the car in. but all in all a lot of the vehicles I have seen for sale on ebay have had suspicious things- it is ebay after all lol.
